MYTH on the 12th COSMOSCOW Contemporary Art Fair

21.10.2024

Location: Timiryazev Centre

Dates: 25.10.2024 – 27.10.2024

From 25 to 27 October will be held the 12th Cosmoscow art fair.

This year, four artists will be represented at the gallery's stand #Г4Alina GlazounPetr KirushaNikita Seleznev and Milena Strelkova.

As last year, Alina Glazun is responsible for conceptual art. We will show a new series of her works, created on the basis of Soviet speech development pictures with the addition of Soviet typesetting letters.

Nikita Seleznev and Peter Kirusha work on the intersection of the digital and physical world. They has already presented at the fair. Nikita Seleznev will present sculpture and graphics on concrete from the new series «NORMA»Peter Kirusha will show the results of his experiments with shape and color. The artist intentionally leaves unpainted fragments of canvas on them, thereby emphasizing their film and understated character.

We will also introduce a new artist in our gallery Milena Strelkova. Milena is experimenting with traditional media and combining them with new technologies. The basis for her works are digital images that she recreates in the material world. The main emphasis in Milena’s projects is the anthropomorphization of the landscape – its becoming a mirror of internal states and events experienced by humans. The visitors will be able to see the stained glass works with the possibility of inverting optics and metal sculptures.

The space solution of the stand was developed by our partners – the commercial interior design studio Designic. The design team led by art director Anya Sarkisyants proposed to transform the usual white cube and complicate it with metallic surfaces.

We are waiting for you at booth #Г4!
