Nikita Seleznev is the artist of the month in the version of PAI_32!

PAI_32 is a platform created in the United Kingdom that helps artists, curators, and collectors connect and thrive. PAI_32 aims to become a global catalyst for critical thinking and innovation in contemporary art.

Every month, PAI_32 draws attention to the talents that are changing the art world. Nikita Seleznev, an artist of MYTH Gallery, became he artist of the month at the edition’24-25 on the PAI_32 platform. Last year we showed his large personal project "NORMA" in the gallery.

In an interview for the platform, Nikita told what inspired him to create the «My Space project», how this project influenced his artistic development, which motivated to create the «Shaving of the Christ» project, what message Nikita hopes to convey through it, and how he began working with sound in his installations. The fundamental question was also raised — what is the main idea and purpose of art?
