Personal exhibition of Petr Kirusha in Paris at Iragui Gallery

Petr Kirusha's solo exhibition "Ivres d'un soleil qui crève la poitrine" has opened at the Iragui Gallery in Paris!

Born in Dushanbe, formed in the creative environment of Riga and found his way in Moscow, Kirusha explores the connection between personal origins and identity. The title of the exhibition can be translated as "Intoxicated by the sun breaking through his chest," and the main question of the entire project is "how important are roots for an artist?"

"Petr exists in two dimensions. He is the center of live communication, and at the same time, instant visual comments about the lives of his friends, viewed in social media feeds, are born in his sketchbooks," says curator Vents Vīnbergs.
