The "Seeds" project by the PROVMYZA art group at the Levashovsky

From November 2 to November 9, the MYTH, 9B galleries and the masters educational project will present a special project "Seeds" by the PROVMYZA art group from the Efim Muromtsev' s private collection at the Levashovsky in St. Petersburg.

The first version of the monumental four-meter work was shown in September at the Cosmoscow 2025 "Artists of the Year" stand in Moscow. Now, the photographic triptych of the Nizhny Novgorod duo of artists will be exhibited for the first time in the city on the Neva river.

A fundamentally different exposition solution will allow performative sculpture to fully acquire its own sacred sound and take the place of the symbolic center of the eternal cycle of life. The affective optics of the artists will reach their culmination here, involving the viewer in an intense experience and erasing the very possibility of remote observation.

As part of the exhibition, an artist-talk with the duo member Galina Myznikova will take place on November 2 at 13:00, where the artist will reveal the conceptual foundations of the "Seeds" and the complex multi-stage path of their materialization. The conversation will be conducted by Olga Profatilo, co-founder of MYTH, who was directly involved in the creation of the work. The event is free of charge by pre-registration.

The project was implemented with the support of MYTH, Gallery 9B, the USHATÁVA fashion House and Cosmoscow Foundation.
