The presentation of the first book of The Art Newspaper Russia "25 interviews with contemporary artists. 2014–2024" took place in the hall of the Stanislavsky Electro theatre. This book is a chronicle of Russian artistic life over the last decade, filled with "valuable evidence of the era" – interviews that correspondents and invited authors took from representatives of the art scene.
The publication allows you to evaluate the ideas and thoughts of the characters outside the momentary conjuncture, find common ground between representatives of different creative generations, as well as trace the development of our art scene over the whole decade.
The hero of one of the sections was the artist of MYTH Gallery Alina Glazoun. The book includes interview from the summer edition of the newspaper in 2022, the cover of which was decorated with Alina's work. The artist told how random inscriptions and finds from flea markets become art objects in her hands and how cats help reduce the pathos of art in an interview.
