The third issue of the magazine "Young Art Historian: The Abduction of Gioconda" is dedicated to the greatest masterpiece of world art – the mysterious portrait of the Mona Lisa and its creator, the genius Leonardo da Vinci.
This time, the insidious villain Voldemar decided to steal the painting not from the Louvre, but from The Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts in Moscow. How Mona Lisa got there and what adventures await our heroes, you will find out on the pages of the new issue. Andrey Malakhov will join the investigation together with journalist Kostya and his cat Pushkin! After all, he is not only a famous TV presenter, but also a collector, as well as the founder of the Radiance Center for Contemporary Art.
In each issue of the Young Art Historian, you can find the work of a contemporary artist. So, the third issue was decorated with the work of the MYTH Gallery artist Alina Glazoun, who was inspired by the manuscripts of Leonardo Da Vinci. Leonardo da Vinci was not only an experimenter, scientist, artist, sculptor, engineer, but also a great thinker. Every thought ends with a question, the answer to which brings us closer to the truth.
The rhetorical question posed by Alina invites us to reflect on how great thoughts are formed and how they can be interpreted. The visual image refers us to the luxurious antique book bindings. Crystal pendants, bronze corners and bright velvet convey the intense flavor of the Renaissance.
